We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchases from us. Joey Yap Store has a 15-day 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the product for a refund or exchange it for another product or a gift voucher*. This is our absolute commitment to you!
- Items should be returned in their original product packaging and good working order.
- Refunds will be initiated once we receive the returned goods in good working order.
Refund policy for eBooks and Reports:
- In general, eBook purchased is NOT refundable. If you experience technical problems accessing or downloading the eBook files, our technical team is happy to help you troubleshoot the problem.
- Reports purchased are NOT refundable.
To claim a refund, you must provide a written request for refund or return to the Joey Yap Research Group Sdn. Bhd. (JYRG) via email at email@example.com. The reception date of this written request will be used for final calculation of applicable refund policy.
If you have paid by credit card and qualify for a refund, a credit will be posted to your card within 14 days after the receipt of returned goods.
If you have paid by check or money order and qualify for a refund, the JYRG will issue your refund by check or money order. You should expect to receive your refund within four to six weeks.
If your return is shipped or brought to a store after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

When Will My Order Arrive?
We trust no other courier other than the best. After your order has been sent, you will receive via email, the tracking number where you can track the exact whereabouts of your order. Assuming that we have the item in stock, you will receive your order within 5-10 days. The actual delivery time may differ depending on the final confirmation of the location you wish to deliver to. We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable and to advise you on the new available date.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from JYRG are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
JYRG does not warrant that the services or products on sale will always be available, nor does it warrant that the price of the products will remain unchanged throughout.
